Our Policies

We are so excited to have you as a part of our Professional Teachers Tutoring family. Please be advised of the following policies prior to beginning a tutoring session. As always, please let us know of any questions or concerns.

 
 

Payment

Professional Teachers Tutoring accepts payments online through our scheduling feature on Squarespace. Payments are made through Paypal at the time of booking. Payments are made directly to PTT through Paypal, not directly to the tutors.

Session Cancellation

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tutoring session. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, full lesson fees will apply. Please contact your child’s tutor for cancellations or to reschedule. In addition, you may contact us at (303) 434-4125 or at support@proteacherstutoring.com.

Late Policy

If a student is late to their appointment, please be advised the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time.

Refunds

Refunds will occur if there is a cancellation with at least 24 hours notice and both parties are not able to reschedule on a different date.

Requirements for Tutoring

  • An adult other than the tutor must be on the premises during the tutoring session

  • Parents are to provide an established work space that is free from distractions

  • Student(s) must be prepared for learning both remote or in person sessions

  • Mutual respect at all times

Tutoring Policies based on COVID Safety Guidelines

We ask tutors, parents, and students to monitor their health each day and immediately notify one another as soon as possible of any changes.

We ask both tutors and students to wash their hands before the tutoring session.

Students will not share supplies with tutor or other students.

We recommend wearing a mask/face shield when indoors and maintaining social distance.

We recommend using outdoor space whenever possible.
